Canalha Comporta

Canalha Comporta packed the bags and headed to the Alentejo Coast this summer. In pop-up format, from May to October, it was installed at Sublime Comporta to bring the same quality and irreverence to the Alentejo Coast. Led by chef João Rodrigues, the restaurant maintains its focus on seasonal and local products, through a simple approach that values each raw material. Open for dining, the space combines rustic elements of Comporta, such as wood and iron, in an informal and quiet environment.
