A cuisine shaped by fire and memory, created for everyday enjoyment, marking Chef Vasco Coelho Santos’s return to Lisbon and championing a whole-animal philosophy that makes full use of every part of the animal.

about us
Lamina
From the beginning to the end.
Lamina marks the return of the northern chef Vasco Coelho Santos to Lisbon. With Inês Azevedo as Head Chef, the restaurant asserts itself as a fire kitchen, which works the animal in an integral way, in a nose to tail approach. Between familiar references and others more unexpected, it proposes a cuisine of memory, comforting and honest, designed for everyday life - a place where taste takes precedence and to which you return countless times.
